This membership agreement has been prepared by Mine Kılınç Özgüç (Fleur D’orée Parfums) in order to determine the rules and conditions regarding the use of the website www.fleurdoreeparfums.com.

Completing the membership form on our website and logging into our site means that you accept and undertake to comply with the terms of the www.fleurdoreeparfums.com membership agreement.

The user is deemed to have undertaken to comply with the membership agreement from the moment the membership process is successfully completed.

www.fleurdoreeparfums.com offers its approved members various communication services over the internet (such as voting, placing orders, sending e-newsletters, and receiving notifications about discounts) as well as the opportunity to shop electronically.

MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM

The member shall have a “password” determined by themselves.

Users may change their password at any time. The selection and protection of the password are entirely the responsibility of the user.

www.fleurdoreeparfums.com is absolutely not responsible for any problems arising from password usage.

The email address provided during registration is unique to the member and can only be used for one membership account; it is not possible to have two separate memberships with the same email address.

The “password” is known only by the user.

MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

The member agrees that the information provided in the registration form is accurate and accepts responsibility for any damages arising from incomplete or incorrect information when such information is required.

The member accepts that the copyrights of the services and software provided by www.fleurdoreeparfums.com belong to the brand and that such software may not be copied or distributed in any way.

The member also accepts that they are solely responsible for any personal opinions, statements, and information shared while using the services.

SITUATIONS REQUIRING THE DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Unlawful Processing

Fleur D’orée Parfums undertakes not to process personal data contrary to the Law and relevant legal regulations.

Except for the exceptions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, Fleur D’orée Parfums does not store personal data of individuals without obtaining their explicit consent.

Elimination of Data Processing Conditions

Fleur D’orée Parfums is responsible for ensuring the validity of data processing conditions.

If these conditions cease to exist, the company is obliged to eliminate the recording environments in accordance with the Policy.

DELETION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Secure Deletion from Software

Digital data is deleted using database commands or appropriate software in a way that makes it unrecoverable and unusable for relevant users.

Redaction on Physical Documents

Data contained in physical documents is rendered unreadable using permanent ink in a way that cannot be reversed.

Demagnetization

This is the process of exposing magnetic media to a high magnetic field in order to physically distort and destroy stored data.

AUTHORIZED COURTS AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICES

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction in resolving any disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement.

EFFECTIVENESS AND TERMINATION

This agreement enters into force indefinitely between the parties after the user completes the registration form and obtains a password.

www.fleurdoreeparfums.com may terminate this agreement unilaterally at any time.

DATA MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY

All employees involved in the process are responsible for the protection of personal data.

All personal data processed within the company is considered “Confidential Information.”

Backup programs and technological security measures (such as firewalls and antivirus protection) are used to prevent data loss or damage.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Data Subjects may submit their requests within the scope of the KVKK together with documents verifying their identity to the address below.

Requests shall be finalized within thirty days at the latest.
