The purpose of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014, and numbered 29188, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below with their characteristics and sales price.

1) PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The name, quantity, sales price including VAT, payment method, and essential characteristics of the goods or services subject to the contract:

2) DELIVERY TERMS
Packaging, shipping, and delivery costs are the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated in a promotional campaign. Shipping costs are added to the total order amount; they are not included in the product price. If the Seller has stated on their website that they will cover the delivery cost for orders exceeding a certain amount, then the delivery cost will be borne by the Seller. Delivery will be made by hand to the BUYER's address specified above via a contracted shipping company. Even if the BUYER is not present at the address at the time of delivery, our company will be considered to have fulfilled its obligation completely and fully.

3) DELIVERY TIME
The product will normally be shipped within 2-4 business days following payment confirmation. In any case, delivery will be completed within the legal period of 30 days. The SELLER is solely responsible until the product is delivered.

4) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You can send your withdrawal notification along with your return request to the email address info@fleurdoreeparfums.com.
THE CONSUMER CANNOT EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS:
Contracts relating to the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons. According to this clause, Fleur D'orée Parfums products cannot be returned if their protective packaging or seal has been opened, or if the product has been tried or used, due to hygiene and health safety concerns.

5) COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
You can send your complaints to the SELLER via info@fleurdoreeparfums.com or by calling 0 (545) 541 87 84. In case of disputes arising from this Agreement; the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Boards are authorized for disputes up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade each year, and the Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding that value.
